Capped professionals who want performance-based income without quitting their job, first-time founders who’ve never built or sold an offer, and business owners with real revenue who are stuck because they’re still the bottleneck. Freedom Academy exists because those are three different problems, and we built three different pathways to solve them.
Apply anyway. Every application starts with an honest assessment of where you actually stand, not just where you think you stand. If a different pathway suits you better than the one you had in mind, we’ll tell you before you commit to anything.
It protects the standard. Every pathway ends in a real outcome, a certified placement, a sold offer, or an installed system, and that only works if the people going through it are genuinely ready to execute. Application-only isn’t a sales tactic, it’s how we keep the outcomes real for everyone already inside.
Yes. Each intake is capped so the coaching team can actually deliver the level of attention every pathway requires. We’d rather run a smaller cohort properly than a large one poorly.
We’ll tell you honestly why, and if a later application or a different pathway would be a better fit, we’ll say so. A clear no now is better than being placed, backed, or coached into something that was never going to work for you.
No. We guarantee the standard of training, coaching, and support behind every pathway. What you do with it, and the outcome you get, depends on your own execution. Anyone promising guaranteed income or results in this space isn’t being straight with you.
Most courses hand you content and leave you to figure out the rest. Every Freedom Academy pathway is built around an actual outcome, certification and placement, a sold first offer, or installed systems, backed by 12 months of coaching, not just a video library.
Yes. Some members start with Launchpad to build their first offer, then move into ScaleUp CEO once there’s real revenue to scale. Others complete Accelerator and later start something of their own. Each application is assessed on its own.
Shane built each pathway on something he executed himself first, the remote sales skill, his own offers, and the systems that scaled his business past the point where he was the bottleneck. He’s directly involved in programme delivery and coaching, not just the face on the marketing.
Investment differs by pathway and is discussed once you’ve applied and been assessed for fit. We don’t publish pricing upfront because the right conversation depends on which pathway actually fits you, and we’d rather have that discussion honestly than attract the wrong people with a number.
Closing high-ticket deals over Zoom or phone for businesses that already have warm leads coming in. No cold calling, no door knocking. You speak to people who have already raised their hand, guide them through a conversation, and earn commission when they move forward.
No. The programme is built for professionals who’ve never worked in sales. A background in finance, law, accounting, marketing, or another field is actually an advantage, since it gives you credibility and communication skills most salespeople spend years developing.
No. Most members build this alongside their existing role. Training is delivered live and weekly with recordings available, and placement doesn’t require you to leave your current job.
You’d be placed inside businesses selling high-ticket offers across coaching, consulting, health, and finance, proven offers with existing demand. You’re guiding people who are already looking for a solution, not pushing products on strangers.
You earn commission on every deal you close. There’s no salary cap and no fixed pay cycle. What you earn depends on your performance and the offer you’re placed against, individual results vary and nothing here is guaranteed income.
No. We don’t charge a separate placement fee for Accelerator tier. Freedom Academy participates in your performance after placement, which is the structure that ties our result to yours.
Both deliver the same core curriculum over 12 weeks. Accelerator tier adds guaranteed placement assistance, priority call review, and a personalised career positioning plan. Foundations tier gives you the skill and certification without placement support.
Certified graduates are placement-ready within 90 days. The timeline depends on your pace through training and your performance in certification. We don’t rush placement, because your income depends on getting it right, and so does ours.
You’ll get direct feedback on the gap and the option to reattempt once you’ve closed it. Certification protects the standard of every placement we make, so we won’t place someone who isn’t ready, but we’ll help you get there.
You have 12 months of coaching from enrolment for exactly this. If a placement isn’t the right fit, you’ll work with the coaching team on next steps, which may include a different partner business within the network.
No. Part of the programme is identifying a niche and positioning that’s actually sellable. If you already have an idea, we’ll pressure test it. If you don’t, we’ll help you find one.
A built offer, structure, pricing, and packaging, a sales asset to sell it with, and the goal of your first paid client within eight weeks. This isn’t theoretical, the aim is a real, sold offer.
No. Launchpad is built for people building their first offer alongside their existing income, not instead of it.
It’s an intensive, structured sprint, not a passive course. The timeline depends on your pace and follow-through. Not every candidate lands a paid client inside eight weeks, but every candidate leaves with a built offer and the asset to sell it.
Coaching, consulting, a service, or a structured programme, whatever fits your skills and the niche we identify together. We focus on offers that can realistically sell within the eight-week window, not offers needing significant upfront capital or inventory.
Both. You’ll build the sales asset and the conversation framework, and you’ll be running real conversations with real prospects during the eight weeks, not just learning the theory in isolation.
Launchpad may still be the right starting point, since the offer and sales asset work assumes no proven sales yet. This gets properly assessed in your application rather than guessed at upfront.
You keep the offer, the asset, and the framework, and you have 12 months of coaching from enrolment to keep applying them. The relationship doesn’t end sharply at week eight.
Launchpad gets you to your first sold offer. If your business grows past that point and you hit a ceiling where you’re the bottleneck, ScaleUp CEO is the natural next step, not something you need on day one.
You’re in a private community and weekly accountability coaching with others going through the same sprint, so you’re not building in isolation.
Businesses with real, existing revenue where growth has plateaued because the founder is still the bottleneck in most decisions and delivery. If there’s no revenue yet, Freedom Launchpad is the right starting point.
A business audit identifying the specific gaps costing you scale, sales infrastructure and pipeline systems, a delegation framework, a marketing engine, a CEO operating system, and revenue forecasting, implemented across a 12-week scale sprint, not just discussed.
No. ScaleUp CEO builds the systems and delegation framework. Sourcing and hiring your own team sits outside the programme, though the delegation framework tells you exactly what to hand off and to whom.
There’s no fixed minimum, but the programme assumes a functioning, revenue-generating business, not a pre-revenue idea. This is assessed honestly in your application.
The audit and systems are built around common bottlenecks, delivery, delegation, pipeline, and decision-making, that show up across most service and offer-based businesses. Highly specialised or heavily regulated industries are assessed case by case.
Accelerator tier of ScaleUp CEO includes a private monthly one-to-one strategy session with Shane directly, in addition to the coaching team’s involvement throughout the sprint.
A private monthly one-to-one strategy session with Shane, a library of SOPs, playbooks, and templates, and priority booking for live events.
You keep the installed systems, the SOP library, and the playbooks. You have 12 months of coaching access from enrolment as those systems get tested against real growth, since a system that hasn’t been stress-tested yet isn’t finished.
It installs the operating system and delegation structure most consultants spend months diagnosing before they even start building. Whether you need further outside support after that depends on where your business is once the systems are running.
Yes. The business audit is built to find the specific gaps, whether that’s no systems at all or systems that exist but aren’t actually working, and build from wherever you currently stand.
