OUR STORY
WHY WE BUILT THIS
Freedom Academy was built from a simple observation.
Most people are not stuck because they lack capability. They are stuck because they are inside a structure that was never designed to make them wealthy or free. A salary cap. An idea that’s never left the ground. A business that’s grown just enough to own its founder instead of the other way around.
The options available to people who wanted out were either fantasy or friction. Passive income myths. Dropshipping courses. Vague promises from people who had never executed what they were selling — and one-size-fits-all programmes that sold the same pitch to a capped employee, a first-time founder, and a stalled operator, as if they needed the same thing.
They don’t. Nobody was asking the right question: what does the actual pathway look like for this specific person — the skill-and-placement route, the first-offer route, or the systems-and-scale route?
Shane Da Costa built Freedom Academy to answer that question with infrastructure, not a single generic course. The training is real. The outcomes are real. And the coaching does not stop when the hard part starts.

For Freedom Accelerator specifically, we also maintain a curated network of approved partner businesses across Australia and beyond vetted by Shane directly, actively seeking qualified remote sales professionals, with performance tied to outcome from day one.

Shane built each pathway on something he executed first, a high-income remote sales skill, his own offers built from nothing, and systems that scaled his business past the point where he was the bottleneck. Freedom Academy exists because he recognised all three were teachable — and that most people had never been shown any of them properly.
